My Associate was very helpful and easy to work with. Documents were prepared perfectly, only one envelope required, extra postage probably due to the lengthy will. My only other comment would be to communicate that an appointment must be made at the initial contact after death. I waited, thinking I would call, and have it done all in one day, but then had to wait until the appointment day which turned out to be another 2 weeks later due to my schedule.
